Switch to edpnet?

Simple if you take following tips into account.

New to edpnet?

We can’t blame you … Switching to edpnet works like this:

Switch your ADSL subscription to an edpnet ADSL subscription:

  • Do you have a fixed landline that you want to keep? Order an edpnet ADSL subscription on www.edpnet.be  . As soon as your edpnet ADSL subscription is active, you can end the contract with your previous provider.
  • Do you prefer to have your ADSL subscription activated on a new copper pair (raw copper)? Then go to www.edpnet.be  and order an activation on “raw copper” and a “test and label”* along with your ADSL subscription. As soon as your edpnet ADSL subscription is active, you can end the contract with your previous provider.

Switch your ADSL subscription to an edpnet VDSL subscription:

  • Go to www.edpnet.be  and order a VDSL subscription. To avoid interruptions during the subscription transfer, we recommend activating your VDSL subscription on a new copper pair (raw copper). To do so, order a “raw copper” and a “test and label”* along with your VDSL subscription. As soon as your edpnet VDSL subscription is active, you can end the contract with your previous provider.

Switch your cable subscription (Telenet) to an edpnet ADSL or VDSL subscription:

  • Your edpnet ADSL or VDSL subscription will be activated on a new copper pair (raw copper). You can order online on www.edpnet.be . Next to the ADSL or VDSL subscription you also have to order an activation on “raw copper” and a “test and label”*. As soon as your ADSL or VDSL subscription is active, you can simply connect the router and end the contract with your previous provider.

*An installer will come to install your line. He will label the right copper pair (raw copper), measure and test the line.

Upgrade your edpnet subscription?

You can easily switch your current edpnet subscription to another edpnet subscription.

Switch your edpnet ADSL subscription to another edpnet  ADSL subscription:

  • Go to “My administration” via My edpnet and choose “My orders”. You will then see your current ADSL subscription. Click the arrow-icon at "change subscription" and choose your new subscription. Your ‘old’ subscription will be cancelled automatically as soon as your new subscription is activated.

Switch your edpnet ADSL subscription to an edpnet VDSL subscription:

  • First option: Go to “My administration” via My edpnet and choose “My orders”. You will then see your current ADSL subscription. Click the arrow-icon at "change subsription"  and choose a VDSL subscription. Your ‘old’ subscription will be cancelled automatically as soon as your new subscription is activated.
  • Second option: we recommend activating a VDSL subscription on a new copper pair (raw copper) to avoid interruptions during the subscription transfer.  To do so, go to www.edpnet.com  and order an activation on “raw copper” and a “test and label”* along with your VDSL subscription. Please do not forget to confirm the cancellation of your ADSL subscription via ticket or e-mail, as soon as your VDSL line is activated. That way we can keep our administration up-to-date too.

*An installer will come to install your line. He will label the right copper pair (raw copper), measure and test the line.
